Are your items authentic?
Yes. Every item is carefully inspected by our trained team and may undergo additional AI-assisted authentication analysis. Only items that meet our authentication standards are offered for sale.
Are the items new?
We specialize in luxury resale and vintage pieces.
Some items may be new or unused, while others may show light to moderate signs of wear consistent with prior ownership.
Items sourced from outlet stores may be sold in their current “as-is” condition or may be from previous season collections.
Any notable imperfections are clearly disclosed in the product description and, when possible, shown in photographs.
Do You Offer a Warranty?
Yes. We offer a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers undisclosed structural defects that affect the normal use of the item.
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Misuse
• Alterations or third-party repairs
• Natural aging consistent with vintage items
If an issue arises within the warranty period, please contact us for evaluation. When appropriate, we may coordinate professional repair services on your behalf. Shipping costs related to repairs may apply.
Do You Accept Returns?
Due to the nature of luxury resale and vintage goods, all sales are final.
We strongly encourage clients to carefully review descriptions, examine photos, and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.
In the rare event of a significant listing error for online orders, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we may review the matter.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination. Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched.
Do you offer consignment?
Yes. Clients may submit items for review through our “Consign With Us” page. All items must pass our authentication process before being accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Do items come with original packaging?
Some items include original dust bags, boxes, if available. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

Where Do You Source Your Items?
Our inventory is sourced through direct purchases from the public as well as select outlet retailers.
Many of our pieces are acquired from private individuals who wish to sell authentic luxury items from their personal collections. We also purchase select merchandise from outlet stores, including items offered in “as-is” condition or from previous season collections.
Regardless of origin, all items undergo our internal authentication and quality review process before being approved for resale.
As part of the resale market, certain items may show signs of wear consistent with prior use or outlet condition. Any notable imperfections are disclosed transparently in each product description.
