Authentication Process & Limited Warranty

All items are physically examined in person by our trained buying team.

During this detailed inspection, we carefully assess:

• Materials and craftsmanship

• Stitching and structural construction

• Hardware, engravings, and logo placement

• Serial numbers and internal markings

• Interior and exterior finishes

• Overall consistency and wear patterns

Every detail matters. Each piece is evaluated holistically to ensure it aligns with known authenticity standards and brand characteristics.

Select items may also undergo authentication using advanced AI-assisted technology.

This system utilizes high-precision imaging and algorithmic comparison to analyze product characteristics against a database of authentic and counterfeit references. Based on current industry benchmarks, this technology provides an estimated accuracy rate of approximately 90%.

This additional layer enhances our evaluation process and strengthens buyer confidence.

Only items that successfully meet our authentication standards are accepted and offered for resale.

Items that do not meet our requirements will not be approved. Suppliers must retrieve declined items within fourteen (14) days. Unclaimed items may be donated or responsibly disposed of after this period.

A $50 authentication service fee may apply to items submitted for verification.

This fee covers professional evaluation, administrative processing, and the use of authentication technology. The fee is non-refundable.

We prioritize precision over speed. Please allow two (2) to three (3) business days for full authentication. Processing times may vary depending on item complexity and volume.

Carte Blanche Shop offers a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase on items sold through our boutique.

This warranty covers structural defects that were not disclosed at the time of sale and that affect the normal use of the item.

If an issue arises within the warranty period, clients may contact us for assessment. When appropriate, we will coordinate professional repair services on the client’s behalf.

Please note:

• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear

• The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or alterations

• The warranty does not include cosmetic aging consistent with vintage items

• Shipping costs related to repairs may apply
